Who can use Konnect?
Anyone can use our solution, whether you are an individual or a business owner. Simply sign up to start collecting payments.
What documents do I need?
If you are an individual: a digital copy of your CIN and your IBAN If you are a company: a digital copy of your CIN, your IBAN and the company registration document.
What are the processing fees?
There are no subscription or registration fees. We only charge you 1.6% per successful local transaction and 3.3% per successful international transaction. We also charge a fixed 2TND for each transfer to a bank account.
In which countries is this solution available?
To give you as many options as possible, we accept Tunisian and international bank cards.
Does my customer need a Konnect account to send me funds?
Once you send your payment request, your customer receives a notification and can pay you directly to your Konnect account.
What is a payment link?
A payment link is a simple alternative for sending and receiving money. It allows you to create a request for a fixed amount that can be shared by email, SMS, instant messaging or displayed on different platforms (social networks, blog, website, etc.).
